This Privacy Policy explains how Recep Ortaç (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Android application Mum Saati, also known as Antik Çağa Dönüş: Mumlu Alarm (“the App”).

This policy applies to the App. It is hosted on albitane.com for public access. Shopping and other activities on that website are covered by the website’s separate privacy policy.

2. Information stored on your device
The App stores information needed to remember your candle progress, earned rewards, selected candles and themes, language, sound levels, and other preferences.
The App does not require a separate user account. Its candle and ambience features do not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location. Nature sounds are played from audio files; the App does not record your surroundings.
Device backup services may retain app data according to your Android and Google account settings.
3. Advertising
The advertising-supported version uses Google AdMob.
Depending on the SDK configuration, available permissions, and your privacy choices, Google’s advertising services may collect and process:
IP address, which can indicate approximate location.
Advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers.
App and advertisement interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views.
Diagnostic and performance information, such as crashes, startup time, and energy usage.
This information is used to deliver and measure advertisements, understand performance, and prevent fraud and abuse.
Where required, we request consent before the relevant advertising processing. Privacy choices can be revisited through the App’s privacy options when applicable. You can also manage your advertising identifier through Android settings.
Non-personalized or limited advertising may still involve data processing for delivery, security, and measurement.

4. Purchases and advertising removal
Digital purchases, including premium content and advertising removal, are processed through Google Play Billing.
Purchase-related information, such as product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction status, and entitlement records, is used to verify purchases, provide purchased features, restore access, and prevent fraud.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Google processes payment information under its own policies.
Purchasing advertising removal stops advertisements covered by that purchase. It does not delete previous advertising records or remove information needed to manage your purchases.
5. Support requests
If you contact info@albitane.com, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as your message, screenshots, or purchase reference.
We use this information to respond, investigate problems, and resolve requests. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Purposes and legal grounds
We process information to operate the App, remember preferences, deliver purchased content, respond to support requests, provide advertising, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
Service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, international transfers must use safeguards recognized by applicable data protection law.
8. Retention and deletion
Local app preferences and progress remain on your device until removed or reset. You can clear the App’s storage through Android settings. Backup copies, if enabled, are managed separately through your backup settings.
Support and purchase-related records are retained only as necessary to resolve requests, maintain entitlements, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Google maintains its own advertising and payment records under its retention policies. Clearing the App’s data does not automatically delete records held by Google or cancel purchases.
To request deletion of information held by us, contact info@albitane.com. Where certain records must be retained for legal reasons, we will explain the applicable limitations.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal information, including rights under the GDPR or Türkiye’s Law No. 6698.

10. Children’s privacy

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information under our control. Sensitive information transmitted by the App must use encrypted connections. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
